This is a name that was given to the church building project that commenced in late March 2014. The project entails completion of the outer face of the church, putting up lavatories on every floor of the building and setting up a mezzanine on the outer side of the 1st floor.
In early May the outer face was almost complete and mezzanine set up was underway.
